If you are a user within an organizational account, you agree and acknowledge that all information that is collected from you during your use of TestFiesta under that organization will be shared with the administrator of that organization.

Data TestFiesta Collects

TestFiesta may collect your name, company name, address, phone number, email, and zip code if you submit information through the contact form or email information to TestFiesta or if you submit information to become a user of TestFiesta (whether as a paid or unpaid user).

TestFiesta sometimes collects your email address, for purposes such as sending email newsletters and information that may be of interest to you about TestFiesta and third parties.  By submitting your email to TestFiesta, you consent to emails from TestFiesta which may be sent through a third-party service provider.

TestFiesta sometimes collects your phone number for the purpose of calling you if you have requested information from TestFiesta, for 2-factor Authentication (2FA), or have become a user and we cannot resolve an issue through email.  By submitting your phone number to TestFiesta you consent to phone calls from TestFiesta even if such number is registered through a state or federal "Do Not Call" list.

TestFiesta may collect personal information if you provide such information in feedback or comments or if you contact TestFiesta directly. Any information posted on the website is not confidential.  Please do not post anything that you would like to keep private.

TestFiesta may receive additional information if you purchase any Services through the Site. For instance, if you create an account, we may collect information about your testing procedures, your products, and your employees who use the Services. We will use this information to provide the Services to you and may disclose this information to others in your organization who have authorization to access this information or if required by law.

TestFiesta may combine information we obtain. For example, we may combine information that we have collected online with information that we have collected offline, for instance during calls between you and our support team. We may also combine personal information that we have collected across other third-party sites or from other third parties with personal information we already have. For instance, we may get information from our third-party credit card processor about you or your company that we may add to the information we receive when you create an account.

Web Logs

TestFiesta's web logs collect standard web log entries for each page served, including, but not limited to, your IP address, page URL, and timestamp. Web logs help TestFiesta diagnose problems with our server, to administer the TestFiesta website, and to otherwise provide TestFiesta's products and service to you.  In addition, TestFiesta may collect other information from your interaction with our website, services, content, and advertising, including computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the website, ad data, IP address, demographic and navigational data, standard web log information, information relating to your Internet activity or other electronic network activity; cookie information; device information; browsing activities, and platform or mobile application use data; referring domain; destination domain and destination path; performance, security, software configuration and availability of our software on your servers and network; website user statistics and website and portal use and viewing activity records; and communication preferences.  This information may be obtained for TestFiesta from a third-party provider.  TestFiesta may use this information for marketing, commercial, or any other purpose as TestFiesta sees fit.

Data TestFiesta Stores

All information posted to this site, including account and purchase information, is stored in TestFiesta's database, even after "deletion," and may be archived elsewhere.

TestFiesta's web logs and other records may be stored indefinitely.  This may include any information you supply to TestFiesta, and your browsing history and any information collected through our web logs or the analytic services that we use.  However, TestFiesta cannot guarantee access to these records by third parties for more than seven business days after the original information was submitted.

Although TestFiesta makes good faith efforts to store the information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, TestFiesta cannot guarantee complete security.

While TestFiesta makes reasonable attempts to store data in the United States, due to the nature of cloud-based services, we may store information in an off-site location, which may or may not be located in the United States and may not be bound by the laws of the United States. If you require that your data be kept in the United States only, please reach out to us about a plan tailored to your organizational needs prior to submitting any data to our site.

Archiving And Display Of TestFiesta Webpages By Search Engines And Other Sites

Search engines and other sites not affiliated with TestFiesta - including Bing.com, Google.com, and Yahoo.com - archive or otherwise make available TestFiesta's webpages.  TestFiesta has no control over third-party archiving and search engine sites and cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information stored by search engine sites.

Credit Card Information

All purchases made through the TestFiesta website are handled by Stripe.com or any other third-party merchant provider.  Please see Stripe.com’s Privacy Policy (or the merchant provider you choose) regarding payments made through its website.  TestFiesta does not store or gather credit card information through the TestFiesta website.

All payments made for subscriptions to our SaaS service are subject to our Terms of Use; please read through this as it has information about your services.
